Refund & Cancellation Policy (FAQ)

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel within 2 hours from the time you place your order by contacting us via WhatsApp / Instagram or the Contact Us page. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

What if there’s an issue with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share photos. We will review the case and provide the best possible resolution (replacement or refund, as applicable).

My online payment failed — what should I do?
Please try again. If it fails a second time, contact us on WhatsApp and we’ll send you a manual payment link.

I was charged twice — what should I do?
Contact us with your payment details/receipt, and we will refund the duplicate charge within 5 business days.
