To receive your order on the selected date, please place it at least 24 hours in advance.
If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us on WhatsApp / Instagram to confirm.
Important Notice
Please note that each order is individually handmade and specially customized, prepared piece by piece with care, including the arrangement, message, and final details.
Accordingly, orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started, including in cases of:
- Delivery rescheduling
- Location changes
- Weather conditions affecting delivery beyond our control
